Reply time
We reply within one working day. If a deadline is closer than that, say so in the subject line and we will read it first.
Consults
Consults run on video by arrangement. We agree a time by email first; there is no drop-in line to call.
Where we work
We work online, across the Gulf region and internationally. Sessions are scheduled around your timezone, so tell us where you are and the hours that suit you.
What to include
Four things let us answer properly on the first reply rather than the third.
- Your discipline and the level you are working at.
- Your deadline, and whether it can move.
- What stage the work is at: outline, first draft, revision, or reviewer response.
- Your institution's academic integrity policy, if you have it to hand.
We do not ghostwrite, sit exams, log into university portals, or promise grades or acceptance. If that is what you are looking for, we are not the right service, and we would rather say so before you pay.
